JOHN C. CRONIN, Esquire is an attorney at Parkway Law. J.C. focuses his practice on estate planning and administration (probate), commercial and residential real estate, and business formation, governance and succession planning.
J.C. is a proud native of Delaware, raised in Newark, Delaware. He graduated from Newark High School in 1999 and then attended Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland where he received his B.A. in History and International Studies in 2003. J.C. graduated from Tulane University with his J.D. and M.B.A. in 2008, and was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2010.
J.C. started his career practicing in a number of areas, including debt collection, assisting homeowner’s associations, landlord-tenant law, commercial and residential real estate, general civil litigation and mediation. J.C. also traveled to Mongolia and worked on foreign and domestic corporate transactions. In 2013, J.C. returned home to Delaware and now provides his unique perspective to his practice areas at Parkway Law.
