Dominic focuses his practice in general business, commercial and residential real estate and estate planning and trusts. He provides general business planning for new and existing businesses, including professional liability and fiduciary responsibilities. A part of his practice includes commercial and residential loan and credit restructuring, modification, workouts and refinance.
For his business clientele, this includes restructuring and organization of the business itself. Also, he represents his business clientele in a variety of employment and labor law matters, which includes unpaid wages, prevailing wages, equal accommodations, non-solicitation enforcement, non-compete issues, confidentiality breaches, separation agreements and unemployment insurance disputes.
Dominic also provides services for commercial and residential real estate transactions, including lease, purchase, sale, finance, land development and approvals, construction and management. He has represented clients in the areas of planning, zoning, subdivision and other land use matters throughout Delaware. Dominic’s services have included representing developers in commercial and residential matters ranging from obtaining zoning approvals, subdivision approvals, representation before governmental boards and agencies, and appeals of administrative decisions, and have included the representation of municipalities.
He also assists clients with landlord-tenant matters. Having served as counsel to several prominent real estate developers, Dominic’s achievements include many major construction and real estate projects throughout Delaware.

A life long resident of Delaware, Dominic graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in 1999. A recipient of the H. Fletcher Brown Scholarship, he earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2002. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association. He is an active participant in the Commercial Industrial Realty Council and the Middletown Chamber of Commerce.

Dominic served as Councilman for the City of New Castle from 2001 to 2003. While serving as Councilman, he assisted in the revision of the building, zoning, subdivision, housing and property maintenance codes; served as the Council Liaison for Buildings, Parks, and Recreation Departments; contributed towards the relocation and development of a brand new state of the art police station for the City of New Castle Police Department; and many other public endeavors.
